Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America extends condolences on behalf of the Synod of the Russian Church Abroad on the repose of Metropolitan Herman (Swaiko)

Condolences on the death of Metropolitan Herman (Swaiko) were sent to His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon of the Orthodox Church in America by His Eminence Archbishop Kyrill, Secretary of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia.
