Bishop John of Caracas and South America Participates in Celebrations on the Feast Day of the Host of Estonian Saints in Pyukhtitsky Monastery

On November 30, 2013, the feast day of the Host of Estonian Saints was celebrated in Stavropighial Pyukhtitsky Dormition Cathedral in Estonia.

His Eminence Metropolitan Kornily of Tallin and All Estonia officiated at Divine Liturgy. He was joined by His Grace Bishop John of Caracas and South America of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia; His Grace Bishop Lazar of Narva and Prichudsk; Archimandrite Tikhon (Sekretaryov), Prior of Pskovo-Pechersk Monastery, and clergymen of the Estonian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate.

Abbess Filareta (Kalacheva) of Pyukhtisky Convent and her nuns also prayed at the service along with parishioners and a multitude of pilgrims from all over Estonia and Russia.

At the end of Liturgy, Metropolitan Kornily delivered a sermon and granted awards to clergymen and laity of the Estonian Orthodox Church.
