Photo-Report on the Rite of Orthodoxy at Chicago’s Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral

On Sunday, March 24, 2013, the Sunday of the Triumph of Orthodoxy, His Grace Bishop Peter of Cleveland, Administrator of the Diocese of Chicago and Mid-America of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, performed the Rite of Orthodoxy following Divine Liturgy of St Basil the Great. His Grace was joined by Protopriest Andre Papkov, Senior Priest of the Cathedral; Protopriest Vasyl Kuzmych; Priest Valeri Vovkovsky; Priest Tarasiy Maximtsev; Priest Leonty Naidzions, as well as Protodeacon Vadim Gan and Protodeacon Alexander Kichakov. Praying in the altar during Divine Liturgy was His Eminence Archbishop Alypy of Chicago and Mid-America.
