Members of the Synodal Department of Youth Ministry Will Host a “Faith and Deeds” Event in Munich

On December 26-28, 2012, Munich will be the host city for the “Orthodox Open Seminar 2012.” His Eminence Archbishop Mark of Berlin and Germany of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia will open the event, which will include the participation of clergymen and experts from various countries.

On December 27, members of the Synodal Department of Youth Minstry of the Moscow Patriarchate will make a presentation on youth ministry within the Russian Orthodox Church.

Several youth programs will be introduced by members of the Youth Department, including the international “Faith and Deeds” program, which aims to organize a church-wide youth ministry framework. The School of Orthodox Youth’s “Faith and Deeds” program will also be discussed, which comprises an effort to organize youth on the parish and deanery levels as well as youth missions on the diocesan and international scale.

Divine Liturgy will be celebrated twice along with moleben services.
