The First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad Will Officiate at the Funeral and Burial of Archimandrite Florus (Vanko)
The funeral and burial of the late Archimandrite Florus (Vanko) will be performed on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, the Apodosis of the Dormition of the Mother of God, in Holy Trinity Monastery's cathedral in Jordanville, NY. The monastic funeral will begin at 1 pm. His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, will officiate. The burial will be at the monastic cemetery.
