On the Feast Day of St Seraphim of Sarov, the First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad Will Lead Divine Liturgy and Consecrate the New Altar Frescoes

On Sunday, August 1, 2010, the feast day of St Seraphim of Sarov, after whom the church in Sea Cliff, NY, is dedicated, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, will officiate at Divine Liturgy there. Thereupon he will consecrate the new altar frescoes dedicated to the many centuries of history of the Russian Orthodox Church and the reestablishment of her Providential unity.
