Voice of America to Broadcast a Russian-language Discussion
on the IV All-Diaspora Council and Council of Bishops on Monday, June 5

On June 5, at 9 pm Moscow time (1 pm Eastern Daylight Time), Voice of America's daily Russian-language hour-long program "Talk to America" will feature a discussion on the results of the IV All-Diaspora Council and the Council of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. The discussion will be hosted by Protopriest Victor Potapov; Secretary of the Pre-Council Committee, Protopriest Peter Perekrestov (San Francisco); and Protopriest Nikolai Artemoff of the Commission on talks with the Moscow Patriarchate (Munich). Voice of America invites listeners from Russia, Ukraine and other countries of the "near and far abroad" to call in and participate.

To call in, dial 1-202-619-2084. Response will be in Russian. State your name and telephone number and you will be called back to save on telephone charges.

From Moscow, the toll-free AT&T number is 755-5042, St Petersburg: 325-5042. The response will be in English, after which you dial the VOA number: 1-202-619-2084. Follow the English-language instructions and after the pause say the word "collect." A few seconds later a Russian-language VOA operator from Washington will answer.
