"PATHWAYS"
The theme of the Conference is “Pathways”. Our youth must make choices: how to live and what path to follow? Their choice will determine to a great degree not only their own personal destiny, but the future of our Church, the future of the Orthodox family. According to the words of St. John, Wonderworker of Shanghai & San Francisco: “The beginning of hell is already here on earth. And paradise also begins in a person's soul already here on earth”. So our goal is: to help our youth make the right choices, to guide it on the path of righteousness, to strengthen our youth and inspire it.
We
have put in a lot of prayers and effort to make the Conference a success.
Together with lecturers from all over the world (Australia, Canada, Jerusalem,
Russia and America), we will have workshops and round table discussions.
The Divine services will give us spiritual strength and various activities
and events, as well as free time, will ensure that you have the opportunity
to make friends and that the Conference will be a
memorable one.
Since the Conference will take place during
the Apostle's Fast and will be culminating with the Tenth Anniversary
of St. John of Shanghai & San Francisco's Canonization, it is intended
as a pilgrimage in nature and a glorification of St. John.
